How do I use this custom nickname?
Log on in-game and wait for the purchase to process - you'll receive a message in chat when this occurs. To use your custom nickname, create a ticket via the command /t create and then wait patiently for it to be picked. Message the staff member who picks your ticket the name you would like. If you'd like to change your nickname, you must purchase a new nickname unless you're either reverting back to your IGN or if you're taking off the surname from your nickname (e.g. going from Deniz_Grimm to Deniz).

What rules are there for nicknames?

• You cannot have an inappropriate name. 
• You cannot have an existing Harry Potter canon name or a nickname that is extremely close to a canon name. For example, you cannot have the name James Potter but you can have the name Jay Potter. 
• You can only have multiple underscores, dots, or dashes if it makes sense for the name. This will be decided by the staff team. 
• Your name must be between 3 and 24 characters long. This includes dots, dashes and underscores.
