How can you use your new items?
Log on in-game and wait for the purchase to process - you'll receive a message in chat when this occurs.

• To equip your new warp key, simply type /warpkeys and click on Blue Lantern Warp Key. Your Warp Key Appearances GUI will open and from there, you can select your new warp key. To return your warp key back to its original state, return to the Warp Key Appearances GUI and select Warp Key Bag.
• To equip your new wand, simply type /wands and select Wand Appearances. Your Wand Appearances GUI will open and from there, you can select your new wand. You can also wear this wand behind your ear by running the command /hatsand equipping it there. 
  
  

  Notes: This will keep all your current spells and lore but change only the VISUAL APPEARANCE of your wand! Note that if you purchase this wand appearance and it is your first wand appearance, then you will not be able to change back to the wand you received when you first joined.

• To spawn your new pet, simply type /pets. Your Pets GUI will open and from there, you can select your new pet. To despawn your pet, type /pet hide to hide your pet temporarily or /pet remove to despawn your pet until you choose to respawn it. To name your pet, type /pet name <name> with the name of the pet replacing <name>.  Please ensure your pet's name is following all Potterworld rules! You can do /pet help to view all pet commands.

Want to try these items out in-game?
Log on in-game and type /me and then click on the In-Game Store button. You can then visit  Mr. Jollivan's Wand Shop, Shane Chapwood, or Nash Scarper and right-click the store owners to open GUIs containing every wand appearance, warp key appearance, and pet we sell on the store. Select the relevant item to view it in-game!
