Gift cards on Potterworld allow us to sell codes which contain a balance of real currency to be spent on our store at a later date. You can purchase a gift card for yourself, friends, or family!

How can you purchase your gift card?
In this gift card option you can select exactly how much you want to obtain on your gift card. You can input any amount in USD and purchase it for the same price. Your gift card will then be used to purchase items on this store for the same value.

How do you access your gift card?
Check the email you have input when purchasing to find a code that is exclusive to your gift card! You can then send this code to a friend as a gift, or utilise it for purchases later on.

How much is left on the gift card?
If you cannot remember the balance you have remaining on your gift card, you can input a support ticket on our website to find out. All you have to do is provide us with the transaction ID and we will respond promptly. We are also implementing a way to view your gift card balance here on our store.
